Photography - Digital

Driving down the old highway south of Tulum coming from a dive, on the wheel Scott Carnahan

Digital photography changed a lot of the way I take photos. When I had to develope my pictures before I could now take a lot of photos and either keep them or discard them at will.

I started off in using a Olympus Camera point and shoot digital camera that belonged to a friend of mine.

In 2001 I bought my first digital camera, a Sony Cybershot P5. Together with the P5 I bought the Sony underwater camera housing to take photos underwater, engaging in underwater photography.

In 2004 I started to use a Olympus 3040 point and shoot camera that came with a Light and Motion Tetra underwater camera housing.

In 2005 I bought a Olympus 3030 point and shoot camera with a Light and Motion Tetra housing.

In 2007 I bought a Nikon D 80 digital SLR with a number of Nikon lenses    (18-200 mm, 28-75 mm, 50 mm, 500 mm mirror lens) and a Speedlight SB 600 system strobe. A digital SLR was on my wish list for over 4 years and finaly I made it come true.
