Travel in South East Asia
On various occacions I have been traveling through South East Asia either on a overland trip, through the interesting islands, a working stretch in Thailand or the participation on a diving expedition.
1992
Landing in Bangkok, Thailand, overland through Malaysia and Singapore taking the ferry to Indonesia island hopping coninuing on taking the ferry back to Malaysia and overland to Thailand island hopping then flying back to Germany after this three month trip.
1992 - 1994
Working as dive guide and Instructor on the Island of Koh Tao, Thailand to a total of 1 1/2 years with various visits to Bangkok, Koh Panghan, Koh Samui and Phuket. During that time I went on various ocacions to Malaysia mostly to the Island of Penang and Singapore in order to take a break or renew my Thai visa.
2002
Working on a ship yard in Bangkok, Thailand to outfit the Golden Dragon live a board vessel for an expeditionary cruise through the South Pacific. The work lasted for two month, the boat never left for the trip.
2008
A diving trip lead me to the Philippines where I was fortunate enough to dive and visit the Puerto Galera, Coron Bay and Subic Bay area. On my way back I went to visit Malacca in Malaysia and Singapore.
